In the ten years that Sharon and I have been friends we have only ever fallen out once and it was for something so silly that I can’t even remember what it was. This time though it is really serious. She doesn’t like the idea that I have joined an Internet dating site. She seems to think that there are a lot of creeps out there and I should know better than to get involved but when she started work recently as a phone sex operator I didn’t have a go at her for it, in fact, I was really pleased for her that she had found an easy way to make some extra money. I think she’s being very unreasonable telling me that she doesn’t want to be friends with someone who is so shallow as to love for a partner on the Internet.

I never thought that my husband and I’s income would drop as much as it did this year. With children in daycare and bills piled to the top, I had to take action, quickly. After searching online for hours I came across a website where I could earn money by talking on the phone with other men. It wasn’t until I read further into the site, that I realized I would be getting paid for phone sex. At first I threw the idea out, but hours later I found myself submitting my information to the site. After my account was set up, I went to the store and purchased a cheap cell phone where I could do my business. I could not let my husband find out about this. I still wasn’t completely sure on how I would hide this extra income from him or where I could tell him it was coming from.
